Riders under the age of 18 years are welcome on our rides providing the following conditions are met:

1. The parents or legal guardian or all riders under the age of 18 must be Team Alameda members
   
2. The parents or legal guardian must sign a Team Alameda Release and Waiver of Liability form before each ride and present that form to the ride's Ride Leader
   
3. The member parent or legal guardian must be on all rides in which the under 18 rider participates
   

There are three documents that pertain to participation in rides by a minor.  These three documents are:

1. TA Minor Ride Policy
   
2. TA Member & Minor Waiver Form
   
3. TA Notarization Form
   

Before bringing a minor on a Team Alameda ride, please read these three documents and have the Waiver and Notarization form filled out.
